“Inspiring little towns to dream big”
In honor of Bella’s wish that all kids be given the opportunity to learn to swim, the Bella Sims Dream Big Swim Fund helps families access quality swimming instruction at the Vale City Pool. Additionally, the fund sponsors special events and projects designed to inspire and give hope to the children in our community. And it’s all possible because of generous donations and committed community volunteers.
Lessons Save Lives
Summer 2025 financial aid for swimming lessons at the Vale City Pool is made possible by your generous donations. We remove the cost barrier so every child in our community can be safe in the water.
Portals to imagination
Our murals are not just paint on a cinderblock pool. They are portals to imagination inspired by the work of the Vale Mural Society, which has commissioned many large-scale works throughout the community. These beautiful murals capture the rich history of the area. Our mural designs at the pool pay respect to that history as they look to the future, capturing the spirit of the present-day community as well as the dreams of our youth.
